Musings on being an artist:
The creative spirit is a gift that needs to be acknowledged and nutured. At best, it can be used to move and inspire others. In my experience, the act of creating is a place of comfort and homeyness; sometimes a place of frustration and fear. It is always a place of mystery. I've always pondered why we are driven to draw, paint, sculpt , create. It seems to be such a basic human need.
